Returns can be a huge pain, but sometimes they’re necessary. Because we care about you, dear customer, we set out to make returns as painless as possible with our No Hassle Returns policy! It’s really simple: If you need to return an item, you can, and it’s free. All we ask is that you initiate the return within 90 days of purchase. You can initiate a return by making a return request through your account; once your request is approved (please allow up to 3 business days for approval), you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back to us, FREE OF CHARGE. When we get your return, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method, or give you store credit, if that’s your preference. (Note that the original shipping charge from when you purchased the item won’t be refunded.) Please include any original packaging and paperwork if possible. (Note: This does not apply to customized items or international orders)
